On this journey, the elements of water, earth, fire and air take centre stage. We spend a few nights on São Vicente before heading to the neighbouring island of Santo Antão. You will practise yoga twice a day with our local yoga teacher. On both islands, we go on excursions and hikes with local guides who will introduce you to the islands of São Vicente and Santo Antão, the nature, culture and inhabitants of Cape Verde.
