What personal data do we process?
When you use our services, we only process the information you provide. We use Google Analytics to collect visitor numbers in anonymised form. At no time do we learn who visits our website in a personalised form.
What happens to your data when you use our support and write to customer service? If you contact us and send us an enquiry by e-mail, we store your specific enquiry, the name you entered in the contact form and your e-mail address so that we can answer your enquiry by e-mail. Enquiries are deleted immediately after they have been answered. Your e-mail address, your name and your enquiry will not be saved and cannot be viewed again at any time.
