On this trip, the focus is on sport. During your trip, you will take part in daily group training sessions with our local fitness trainer. You also benefit from three additional personal training sessions during your stay. In your free time, you have the opportunity to get to know the Cape Verdean island of São Vicente and enjoy the pleasant winter temperatures.
